Welcome to Sonic (the "Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sonic Framer template and any related content or services provided by us.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. License Upon purchase,

   we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the template for personal or commercial projects. You may modify and use the template in unlimited projects, including client work.

   
   

2. Restrictions

   You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the template as a standalone product. You may not claim intellectual property rights over the unmodified template.

   
   

3. Ownership

   We retain all intellectual property rights in the template. You own the rights to any modifications or end products you create using the template.

   
   

4. Payment & Refunds

   All sales are final. No refunds will be issued except in cases required by law.

   
   

5. Updates & Support

   You are entitled to free updates for the lifetime of the product. Support is provided via email for 6 months from purchase.

   
   

6. Termination

   We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

   
   

7. Limitation of Liability

   The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the template.

   
   

8. Governing Law

   These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
